Handy Man - Home Improvement Services
Thank you for your interest in Exclusive Dreams Marketing. The total cost will be based on HOURLY RATE structure. Should there be any other services requested, additional costs will occur depending on job description.
Business Type: Handy Man Service Terms
* Cancellation: We appreciate 48 to 72 hour notice prior to the scheduled date.
1. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of check-out
* Rescheduling: We appreciate 48 to 72 hour notice prior to the scheduled date.
* Price does not include the gratuity for the crew or handy man. (Optional)
2. Exclusive Dreams Marketing hourly minimum - (2 Hours @ $50.00 Hourly)
* Hourly rate may change due to job description and project type.
* Hourly rate does not include equipment, material and supplies.
3. Payment is accepted only by certified bank check, credit/debit card or cash
NO PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECKS are accepted for payments. (Exceptions can apply)
4. The price will change if more or less time is required to finish job. ( We have a 2 hour minimum )
* Exclusive Dreams Marketing LLC is not responsible for delays due to road traffic conditions.
5. Exclusive Dreams Marketing (Derrick Taylor) does not accept the responsibility of damage relating to particle board furniture or defects from manufactures with regards to assembly of boxed furniture.
*A deposit may be required to reserve a handy man for business services.
6. Exclusive Dreams Marketing (Derrick Taylor) does not accept the responsibility of third party companies providing referrals and performing work prior to or after our work performed.
The hourly price includes
* One, two or three man crew. (Depends on project description)
* Professional crews and staff with over 10 years of handy man experience.
* Power tools - screwdrivers - laser Levels - stud finders and hardware will be available.
